I work from photos and ask you to send as many good quality ones as you can. I will send you a photo of the finished portrait before dispatching to make sure you are happy with the likeness. No-one knows their pet like their human so if it isn’t right you can either ask for changes or a refund. The price includes postage and packaging within the UK mainland.
